People Strategy
We connect recruitment, organisational structure, leadership and people development with business priorities.
Explore business servicesEvery decision about people affects the business. And every business decision affects its people.
At The HR Insider, we connect people strategy with human psychology and a systematic understanding of the workplace. We help organisations and professionals understand where they are, clarify their priorities and plan meaningful next steps.

Look beneath the surface. Find a more considered way forward.
The HR Insider brings together Lamprini Laskari’s HR experience and Rouela Karampetsou’s expertise in psychology. We consider business priorities alongside the experience of the people who make work happen.

Founder | People Strategy & HR Advisory
With more than 10 years of HR experience in multinational companies and businesses in Greece and the Balkans, Lamprini has held HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner and HR Operations Manager roles. Her work spans organisational design, recruitment, employee relations, performance and talent development.
She founded The HR Insider after recognising the gap between business priorities and the everyday employee experience. Combining the perspective of management with an understanding of employees, she helps organisations set clear priorities and turn people strategy into practical action.

Co-founder | Psychologist | Clinical Psychology
Rouela is a licensed psychologist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and more than 20 years of professional experience. She has trained in behaviour therapy for anxiety disorders and psychological trauma and holds certifications in EMDR and psychometric assessment.
Her experience includes psychological support and counselling for adolescents, adults and employees across organisational levels. She has also led training, counselling and career guidance programmes for employees, unemployed people and vulnerable social groups, bringing this experience to The HR Insider’s human-centred approach.
A difficulty in collaboration, an employee departure or a career change rarely has just one explanation.
That is why we look at the whole picture: roles, relationships, expectations, working conditions and opportunities for growth. We listen to management and employees. We connect everyday experience with the needs of the organisation.
We don’t sell the intervention first. We find out what the workplace actually needs.
We don’t guess. We assess.
We don’t react. We understand.
We don’t sell generic solutions. We design what the workplace actually needs.
